Wall Boarding
Wall boarding allows staff and mangers to monitor live call information giving them a quick indication of how efficiently they are dealing with customer calls. Information on the wall board can be customised and areas of concern for example number of customers waiting can be highlighted. Visual alarms can be used to highlight potential problems.
Wall boards can be set up on large screens or viewed on PCs on site or remotely via VPN.
