For business, telecoms are an essential part of every working day. For many sites its more than just phone calls - internet connections, till systems and alarm systems also rely on site telecoms working smoothly.

At Maintel UK Ltd we understand this so when we maintain your telecoms we maintain your site.

We log all telecoms faults on custom made databases to ensure all faults are resolved, building up a history of your site(s). We can maintain one or multiple sites. We will work quickly and efficiently to repair your fault.

We will liaise with your line supplier for any external faults - did you know we can supply external lines and save you money?

If a piece of equipment develops a fault (for example the till system) and the equipment maintainer suspects it is a telecom fault we will test the line and advise. If a Maintel engineer attends and finds its not a telecom fault whilst on site we will liaise with the the equipment maintainer to try and get the equipment working again. This saves you time and money and prevents you being caught in the middle of two suppliers each blaming the other for a fault. We are always happy to set up joint appointments with other suppliers to resolve a fault.

Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Labour only contract - labour charges for faults due to fair wear and tear are covered but parts are not.

Response times can be tailored to your needs and budget - 48hr, 24hr and 4hr response times are available.

Out of hours telephone support is included as part of the contract. Out of hours on site support is also available at an additional cost.
